Primary Channel Group

Looking at the primary channels, you can see that our direct and organic search are the top contributors for NWTC’s website total users. Looking further, you can see that users from paid search have the longest interaction time frame, which means that people are looking into our school. I would suggest that we focus on paid search over paid social, as the time spent is significantly different. Rethinking how we market and reach out to potential students and the community to see how it affects the channels that bring people to the main website.
