Focusing on Emails

How many unread emails do you have right now? Probably a lot, and even more if you are a student. From random subscriptions, job opportunities, and school emails, it is hard to keep up. Although the majority of emails go unopened and trashed according to the analytics for NWTC, the emails we send out have a higher interaction rate than our paid social as seen below.

This tells me that the marketing team at NWTC should spend more time and energy on their email campaigns than on their paid social. Paid social may have more sessions than emails, but people stay on emails longer and interact with them more.
