Once you activate the plug-in, it prompts you to get a WordFence license or upload an existing account. If you go to get a new license, it will have you pick what subscription you want, which includes a free one. They will then ask for your email and to see if you want emails. This is an easy and free process to help keep your website and yourself safe.
